Stafford Credit - Investment Manager
Continued success in our Credit business has resulted in the creation of a new Investment Manager position based in Austin, Texas, and reporting to the Partner, Stafford Credit. The core responsibilities will include supporting the senior members with due diligence, financial modelling, investment research and investment selection. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, 4+ years related work experience covering private equity and / or credit investments with experience in direct credit analysis and investments a plus.
Stafford Credit - Analyst
We have created a new Analyst position based in London, UK, and reporting to the Partner, Stafford Credit. The Analyst will be an integral part of the Stafford Credit team, providing support and analytical analysis focusing on investments primarily in credit and may involve private equity investing, venture capital, sustainable investments and infrastructure as well as actively involved in the operational aspects of running commingled funds and accounts including the oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients, monitoring investment performance of funds and direct investments, producing presentations for clients, and general firm-wide business matters. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, 2 to 4 years work experience in an investing, investment banking or management consulting role with experience in private equity / fund of funds a plus.
Stafford Sustainable and Ventures - Investment Manager
Stafford is expanding its private equity business and is seeking an experienced professional to join as an Investment Manager in the private equity team in Austin, Texas and reporting to the Partner, Private Equity Solutions, managing Stafford’s Sustainable and Venture Capital businesses. The successful candidate will support the evaluation and negotiation of venture and growth primary and secondary investments, including deal generation, screening, reviewing, due diligence analysis and monitoring. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, 7+ years related work experience covering venture capital or private equity with experience in venture and growth direct secondaries a plus.
Head of Client Solutions, Global
The focus on the next stage of growth has led to the creation of a new Global Head of Client Solutions position based in London, UK and reporting to the Chief Executive. This high profile and demanding role will build Stafford’s Client Solutions functions and have ultimate responsibility for relationship management of the existing institutional investor base as well as developing new markets for Stafford’s business. The successful candidate will have significant client relations / investor relations experience, deep relationships with institutional investors within the alternative assets investment industry and previously responsible for a similar function or ready to step into it.
Head of Client Solutions, Asia
In line with our expansion of the Client Solutions function, we have created a new Head of Client Solutions position based in South East Asia, reporting to the Global Head of Client Solutions, based in London, UK. This role will have responsibility for developing new markets in South East Asia and will build Stafford’s Client Solutions function focused on managing all client interactions from business development, investor relations and distribution and marketing. The candidate will have significant experience with the institutional investor base in the region, playing a similar role within the alternative asset investment industry.
Client Solutions - Analyst
The Client Services function has created a new Analyst position based in London and reporting to the Global Head of Client Solutions. The Analyst will be an integral part of the Stafford Client Solutions team with the core responsibilities of supporting the senior members with all aspects of the function including attending meetings, updating CRM systems, imagery and design creation, presentation and reporting writing, diary management and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, great organisational skills, attention to detail and strong design and presentation skills.
Stafford’s successful strategy of secondary investing has led to the creation of a new Secondary Analyst position based in Austin, TX, and reporting to the Partner, Stafford Private Markets. The secondary analyst will work directly with both senior investment and business development professionals. The core responsibilities will include supporting Stafford-wide secondary sourcing capabilities, active outreach to LPs/GPs/Brokers, gathering and collecting secondary information and assisting with the coordination Stafford secondary efforts across all of Stafford’s service lines. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, 2 to 4 years work experience in a private markets investing or investment banking role, with previous experience with secondary private market transactions a plus.
