Stafford Capital Partners publishes annual Sustainability Report for 2025/2026

London, 14 October 2026 - Stafford Capital Partners ("Stafford"), the independent private markets investment and advisory firm with USD 9 billion in assets under management and advice[1], today published its sixth annual Sustainability Report, covering responsible investment activity across the firm and its timberland, infrastructure and private equity strategies during 2025/26.

In this period, Stafford continued to lend its focus to initiatives that support the co-operation and long-term thinking of the investment community, alongside its investment programs. To name a few, this included the firm re-confirming its commitment with NZAM and contributing to leading industry guidance on appraising physical climate risks (PCRAM) through a partnership with the IIGCC and Howden.

In addition, Stafford's internal carbon model estimates that its global timberland portfolio sequestered 17.4 million tonnes of CO₂e (gross) during 2025 and 12% of the portfolio's land area, or 387,000 hectares, is designated as formal conservation area. Stafford’s inaugural Afforestation Strategy is now generating carbon credits from underlying forestry assets, delivering exposure to carbon-related returns for investors alongside traditional timberland returns.

The report also is timed to a year of strategic growth for the firm, including the launch of its dedicated renewable energy repowering strategy following the integration of a specialist team in Italy. Through its Repowering Strategy (STAR), the firm is focused on upgrading existing renewable energy assets to increase clean energy generation and support Europe's energy transition. The firm was also pleased to welcome Angelo Prete, Partner and lead of the Repowering Strategy to the Sustainability Committee this year.

Highlights from the 2025/26 report include:

• Stafford received six Agri Investor awards in 2026, including "Deal of the Year" for Project Olympic Rainforest, a 68,000-acre timberland investment designed to deliver timber returns alongside carbon, biodiversity and community benefits.

• Stafford expanded its infrastructure platform with a dedicated renewables team focused on repowering and revamping renewable energy assets across Europe. A solar project in one of Stafford’s existing infrastructure portfolios completed a revamping and repowering initiative and is expected to deliver an estimated 45% increase in installed capacity and a 77% increase in renewable energy production.

• Stafford continued contributing to industry initiatives including the IIGCC's Physical Climate Risk Appraisal Methodology through a case study of one of its solar portfolios.

• Stafford completed its second manager ESG data collection cycle and increased engagement across its manager base, with infrastructure manager engagement coverage reaching more than 80% over the past two years and a 40% increase in manager ESG data disclosure for Stafford’s underlying private equity managers.

• Stafford expanded its international presence with the opening of a new office in Milan and now has 95 professionals across seven offices globally.
