Cinzia Pinto | Senior Finance Manager | Milan

Cinzia joined Stafford’s Milan team (formerly Theia) in 2021. Manager of the finance team, she is responsible for accounting, tax and administrative activities in relation to both investment’s phases (acquisition and financing) and management’s phase (post-acquisition) of the real asset. 

She worked as a freelancer from 2004 to 2021 in different accounting and tax law firms in Milan, advising mainly Italian groups operating in the industrial, commercial and service sectors, on both daily accounting and tax activities and tax litigation. She also advised on M&A deals, in particular, leading tax and finance DD activities. 

Qualified Chartered Accountant and qualified Chartered Tax Advisor since 2004. 

Cinzia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2000.
