Chiara Rovida | Senior Finance Associate | Milan

Chiara is Senior Finance Associate, the role provides full corporate governance support, including assisting the Board of Directors, managing corporate records, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all group companies. She oversees relations with Italian authorities, handles KYC/AML processes, and coordinates notarial activities. Chiara also ensures that Italian holding companies meet all tax obligations accurately and on time.

Chiara joined the Milan office’s Finance team in May 2023, where she is responsible for supporting the Board of Directors, providing legal and corporate secretarial assistance to group companies, and managing relations with the Italian Tax Authorities and the Chamber of Commerce.

Chiara began her career in September 2000 at an accounting firm, where she developed a solid foundation in financial statement preparation and corporate administration under Italian law. In May 2019, she continued her professional growth by taking on a new role focused on expanding her expertise in corporate administration, payroll, and human resources.

Chiara earned her degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Milan in 2014.
