Alessia Paganini | Senior Portfolio Manager | Milan

Alessia is a Senior Portfolio Manager and she coordinates and manages the construction of ground and floating PV plants in Italy, as well as the operating assets in the portfolio over Europe.

Alessia started her career as a Project Manager in the telecommunications field, and then moved, as a Senior Project Manager, to the renewable energy field to manage the construction of offshore wind farms in the north of France. She also covered the leading role of Project Director for the construction of the first 2.6GW offshore wind farm in Virginia, USA. Prior to joining THEIA’s team, she also worked as a Program Manager in the aerospace industry, leading the pioneer PNRR In Orbit Services program commissioned by the Italian Space Agency.

Alessia holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy.
