Stafford Participates in Lord Mayor’s Green Finance Seminar in Tokyo

Earlier this week, Tokyo hosted the Lord Mayor’s Green Finance Seminar, a high-level dialogue between the City of London and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government focused on accelerating the global transition to net zero. The event convened leading voices in sustainable finance to explore cross-border collaboration and capital mobilization strategies in support of climate goals.

Stafford was pleased to be represented by Elysse Morgan, Head of Client Solutions for Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, who contributed to the discussion with insights on how institutional investors across the Asia-Pacific region are engaging with transition finance. Drawing on her experience supporting clients in their net zero journeys, Elysse highlighted the evolving role of private markets in delivering scalable, climate-aligned investment solutions.

Stafford extends its sincere thanks to the City of London and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for hosting a thoughtful and impactful event. We also acknowledge the contributions of our peers and fellow participants, whose expertise and collaboration helped make the seminar a meaningful catalyst for progress.
