Stafford Capital Partners Rises in Global Secondaries Manager Rankings for 2025

London, 11 September 2025 - Stafford Capital Partners is proud to be ranked 26th in the Private Equity International/Secondaries Investor 2025 Top 50 secondaries managers list, climbing three places from last year. While many of the top-ranked firms in the list are primarily focused on private equity secondaries, Stafford’s rise reflects its differentiated strength in real asset secondaries, including timberland and infrastructure – where it continues to rank among the global leaders. This recognition demonstrates Stafford’s strong momentum, continued growth and fundraising success across its real asset strategies in the global secondaries market.

This comes on the heels of the successful close of Stafford’s tenth secondaries fund, SIT X, a new record fund raise announced in January 2025. SIT X attracted a broad and diverse range of global investors, including leading pension funds and insurance firms. The Fund’s capital commitments, including significant backing from existing investors, will enable Stafford to pursue a wide range of global secondary transactions, including complex fund restructurings, to further cement the firm’s leadership in the secondaries space.

In addition, Stafford continues to advance its infrastructure secondaries strategy through the Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund V (SISF V). Building on the strong performance of previous funds, SISF V seeks to provide investors with differentiated access to off-market infrastructure assets. SISF V is an Article 8 fund which takes a full assessment of sustainability risks, and environmental and social characteristics in its investment process, underscoring Stafford’s commitment to responsible investing within infrastructure secondaries.

“We are honoured to be recognised among the world’s top secondaries managers and proud to see our ranking rise again this year,” said Angus Whiteley, CEO of Stafford. “The successful close of SIT X and the continued investor support for SISF V reflect the confidence placed in our real asset secondaries strategies. We remain committed to delivering value through disciplined investment via secondaries and the deep integration of ESG principles within our investment process.”
