Stafford Capital Partners Appoints New Head of HR
London, 29 November 2022 – Stafford Capital Partners (“Stafford”), a leading international private markets investment and advisory group, has appointed Sarah Ely as Head of Human Resources.
Sarah has over 10 years’ experience in HR and was previously Global HR Business Partner at asset manager Insight Investment. Her role spanned operations, technology, finance, risk and compliance, where she provided strategic support to the COO, CFO and CRO, as well as to 650 employees worldwide.
Sarah will work closely with Stafford’s senior leadership team to implement and deliver an HR agenda that aligns with Stafford’s business agenda. As part of her role, she will support the company with its diversity and inclusion commitments and oversee continuous improvement approaches on policy and process to maintain Stafford's company culture and build on employee engagement.
